We rented Joshua’s home for a local tournament. The home was just lovely. We felt right at home. Clean and had everything we needed! Joshua was always quick to communicate throughout the process and helpful . This was probably our best experience and accommodations through air Bnb . We highly recommend his home .👍😊

Great place with peaceful neighborhoods and private backyard. We are a group of 11 and had no trouble. Had a pleasant stay and looking forward to renting again if we visit philly again.

We would definitely stay at Joshua’s home again. The home was spacious and perfect for our trip. We shared with a couple other parents from our hockey team and loved that there was plenty of space to gather and also escape the group. The kitchen had all the items needed for us to cook meals to help feed our team staying at a nearby hotel.

This is an adorable amazing home for anyone with kids or a large family, my daughter had a soccer party in the backyard with all her friends from school and there was enough room to play in the backyard yard.we had such an awesome time it felt just like home away from home. This home deserves 10 stars !
