Very close to downtown. spacious place that sleeps many.
My two daughters and I spent Spring Break here in Raleigh! The house was cute and cozy and we really enjoyed our stay! The house looked exactly like the pics and was described just like the listing! I would definitely come back!
Rodney was very nice and his place was pretty cool. It was particularly nice that it sleeps 6 adults comfortably and the cul-de sac was great for the kids. But - the kitchen was poorly equipped, the towels were the thinnest I’ve ever seen and the water pressure was weak. Those things not being deal breakers, we would likely stay there again.
Rodney is a great host and a pleasure to deal with and rent from. Clean and great place to stay, would definitely recommend it!
Very clean and homey place to stay. Distance to downtown and quietness of the neighborhood made it a great place to stay while we visited Raleigh.
