Ideal for our two week stay to include kitchen essentials and ample pots and pans. The bed was very comfortable. Water pressure was great with plenty of hot water. The private outdoor space was absolutely lovely - an urban oasis! We never had any issues with parking on the street. WiFi was fast and consistently reliable with no outages. This was a perfect base to explore Philadelphia - close to everything but perfectly quiet at the end of the day. The neighborhood is walkable to downtown and close to bus lines, too. Host communication was fantastic. We loved our time here and would definitely stay here again!

Joe’s home is absolutely gorgeous, the serenity of the back garden after long adventures in the city was welcoming and relaxing. Location is fantastically located within easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping and local parks. We would absolutely stay there again on another trip to Philadelphia. I highly recommend

Joe is an awesome communicator and gracious host - so proactive and helpful! The house is beautiful and comfy and well appointed. Never had any trouble finding parking near the house.

Joe’s place was a perfect place to stay overnight before the Philly LOVE half marathon. The entire house was extremely clean and exactly as described. Joe was very helpful with recommendations, and always responded quickly. The neighborhood felt very safe.
