This neighborhood has a private deep well pool with plenty of loungers for those fantastic sunny summer days. Additionally, we are located two minutes from downtown Parkville, known for its quaint small town feel with locally owned boutiques, coffee shop, farmers market, and fantastic riverside park with walking trails. Located in Parkville you will also find locally owned: Irish bar with fantastic live music on weekends, a sports pub with all the big games, a French restaurant with fantastic brunches, an Italian restaurant with traditional meals, and a pizzeria with handcrafted gourmet pizzas.

Five minutes from here is uptown Parkville that has one of the best YMCA’s in the region, notable for its indoor aquatics center (includes 12 person hot tub, sauna, and steam room), indoor track and more fitness equipment than you can imagine.
Two of the hottest shopping and entertainment areas in KC are a short 15 minute drive and you can find “The Legends'' and “Zona Rosa”. These fantastic locations are known for high end shopping, fine dining and tons of entertainment.
Historic KC downtown is 15 minutes and features “The Plaza” and “Power and Light District”. Great locations for entertainment, high end shopping, night clubs, and concert venues. Some of the best bars and clubs for dancing and music are just a short uber away.
Easy travel to the KC Airport with a short 20 minute drive. Additionally I may be able to assist you with an airport pick up or drop off if we can arrange our schedules.
Lastly, we are located 30 minutes from the historic city of Weston, which features locally owned boutiques, restaurants, and bars. Additionally Weston is home to the region's only ski resort “Snow Creek''. Snow Creek is owned by Vail Ski Resorts and is part of the EPIC ski pass program. Seasonally open, it’s a great location to learn how to ski / snowboard before you take a trip out to Colorado for some fresh mountain snow.
