Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Michigan up north getaway. Located in the middle of the woods on Wixom Lake in Beaverton, MI. ***Water to come back in 2026. This house sleeps 12 people with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Open floor plan and room for everyone to gather in one location. Private road takes you to this secluded location in the woods. Close to state land, ATV & snowmobile trails. Short 30 minute drive to Lake Huron. 20 minutes to Gladwin, 40 minutes to Midland. Our house is located on a acre of land with a surrounding forest. Also has 300 ft of waterfront on Wixom Lake. Our large walk out basement will lead you a bonfire pit and the 300’ of waterfront property on Wixom Lake (water is estimated to come back by 2026).

The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable and with a bedroom and full bath on each level, it was exactly what we needed for our visit with our 2 grown sons and their families. The kitchen was the most fully stocked of any of the many houses I have rented and having a large panty area for storage was wonderful! We all felt right at home and Josh was very responsive in answering the couple of questions I had prior to our stay. I would highly recommend this property!!
