Adam was super flexible after a bad experience with another Airbnb. I was shocked that his place was available the same day but it worked out great and we checked in early. Great experience!

We originally had rented a home in Urbanna but the host cancelled 30 mins before check in.. I was able to contact Adam first thing the next am and he allowed a 10am check in.. Due to our emergent situation, Adam made the inconvenience of a cancellation and emergent trip a less stressful experience. This was a lovely space for 6 children and 3 adults. The home was clean, peaceful, and warm. There was an abundance of towels, tableware, and cookware. Plenty of plates, bowls, cups, mugs, wineglasses, silverware, hand towels etc. The home had large spacious bedrooms with king size beds. Fresh warm linens and very comfortable pillows and bed. The bedrooms also had their own tv with Roku, unlimited WiFi. We even were able to hook up a game system for the children. The washer and dryer worked wonderfully and we washed laundry daily. The atmosphere is great with the horses and lovely view. The children appreciated all the history photos throughout the home. The kids are asking to stay again!
