the flat is located just a few minutes walk from the beach, which was great for the dog. the flat itself was immaculately clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is no lounge but plenty of space to relax and enjoy the views from the bedroom. if you are arriving in the dark, the track alongside the house can be a bit difficult to navigate. that said, we all really enjoyed our stay!

We had a very good time, the only problem being that despite following the instructions we were unable to get the induction hob to work and Paul did not respond to our query, so we had to do without the hob for the duration of our stay.

The two main bedrooms were both spacious and bright. Very conveniently located to both the beach and town. Quiet location. Nice decor.

Nice place to stay, great location for the beach and a 5 minute walk to cafe for breakfast, lunch or just coffee and cake. Fantastic sea views, telescope a great idea although I did drive my daughter mad jumping up to look at the ships! I didn’t realise when I booked there’s no sitting room but we were out most of the day so it wasn’t a huge problem for us. Parking is at the rear of the property or there is plenty of space to park out on the road at the front. Floorboards made it easier to keep clean with 2 dogs.

Paul was an awesome host for the fantastic accommodation. Everything was as shown and written in the accommodation descriptions. I would very much like to return to the accommodation if ever back in Lowestoft again and therefore no hesitation to recommend to others looking for somewhere to stay in Lowestoft.
