Just perfect! The Charming Downtown Cottage is a lovely, quiet, and well-located place. It's close to the main square (a 15-minute walk), restaurants, bars, TWU, and not far from UNT. The house is incredibly comfortable, with lifesaving air conditioning, fast internet, and all amenities for a long-term stay. Alyson is a wonderful host. She and Jonathon are pretty easy to talk to, flexible, as well as very quick to respond to any questions. My husband and I quickly felt right at home and were so pleased with our experience that we decided to extend our stay for an additional month. I absolutely recommend staying here.

It was a cute little home and very walkable to downtown Denton square! We loved it.

This beautiful 1940's home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance to shops, galleries and restaurants. The interior of the home was not like any other Airbnb we have stayed at before. The vintage interior was decorated with all kinds of flourishing plants which made us feel like we were in a dream. The beds were cozy and the dining room was perfect to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while catching some morning sun. Alyson was responsive and helpful with every question we had. Will definitely be staying here again!
