Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. In an unspoilt Italian neighbourhood, you can relax in a very quiet apartment on your return from sightseeing. The centre of Rome is very easily accessible. Whether by car because of the free parking or by public transport because of the proximity of tram 8, it is an ideal choice. A room with a double bed is available for the guests. I use the bathroom and kitchen, adapted to guests' needs. There is also a washer and dryer in a separate room.

The apartment is located in the Monterverde area of Rome, which is a very charming neighborhood with authentic Italian residents. Nearby, there are excellent cafés (called bar here) where you can not only have breakfast but also enjoy a lunch menu. Genuine checkered-tablecloth local restaurants can also be found in the vicinity. The area is very safe and easily accessible to all the central attractions.
