Mindy's place is so nice and private. You can tell she paid a lot of attention to the details. It's so warm and inviting - she even greeted us when we got here and offered cookies! She was very responsive and kind. We'd love to stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay in Mindy and Jeff’s haven. Upon arrival Mindy was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us. The property is pristine and the morning sunrise was incredible. This space is so cozy, the wifi worked so well and the fireplace was incredible. Mindy even left us chocolate chip cookies and snacks. We just loved the comfort and hospitality!! There are so many amazing surprises. This place is a gem! We would definitely return again! You will not be disappointed!!! Thank you 🙏

Beautiful little guest house on the hill just above Nederland (~3min drive into town). Perfect for an overnight stay while skiing at Eldora. Would happily stay here again. Thanks Mindy!

Mindi was an incredible host with an absolutely delightful space. she even had freshly baked cookies laid out for us! Thank you so much, we really enjoyed our time and would love to stay here again.

Incredible place! Wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was in pristine condition and Mindy greeted us with cookies and wine. Can’t ask for much better!
