Your condo features an amazing view of the ocean from the living room and private deck, a king bed in the master bedroom, a fully stocked kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, free parking for two cars, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of sleeping space for six. We have recently remodeled, so you can relax with high-speed internet, cable TV, along with an easy beach side life. Great place to stay for that quiet vacation getaway to the coast! Come enjoy this 2 bedroom condo by the sea! Well-appointed kitchen and a full bath. Very comfortable king-size bed, three twin beds, plus a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. While it can accommodate up to six people, the condo may be a bit tight for six adults. A maximum of four adults is recommended. Two-four adults with two-four children (not to exceed six total guests) is OK for this space. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. It may be helpful to know this condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator, so you will need to climb three sets of stairs to access the condo (the first floor is elevated, so yes, three flights of stairs). We ask guests to pick up after themselves and straighten up prior to departure. The cleaning fee is for deep cleaning, sanitizing, and laundering the linens between guests to make the unit as safe as possible for every stay. Notes: We welcome nice, responsible humans of all races, ethnicities, origins, genders, orientations, and religions! This home is in Eastern North Carolina, near the water. While we have regular pest control visits, you may still encounter a bug or two. The home is professionally cleaned between every guest and bugs just sometimes appear in this region. The COA has security cameras on the exterior of the buildings that are on all the time. There are no recording devices or cameras inside the unit.
