We had a wonderful weekend visit to Saint Augustine. The house is beautifully decorated and very well laid out. It’s a good set up for a big group to spend time together. We were disappointed the pool heater is broken (and we were told there are no plans to fix it in the future). During our stay we ran into some wi-fi function problems, but PMI ancient city was very responsive about this , worked on getting it fixed as soon as possible and worked to help make our stay better in other ways in the meantime.

The house was beautiful and well appointed. Having two garages was very nice and the availability of Murphy beds in two locations. The problem that we had was that the pool heater was no longer functioning, and even though the owner purchased solar covers at the last minute, the covers did not fit the pool properly and it was just too cold to swim/enjoy. That was the main item that we were looking for when it came to renting a property. We did purchase a frying pan and left it for future renters as they only have one large frying pan, but they do have plenty of plates, cups and glasses. We did notify PMI that they need to look at a motion light on the side of the house next to their neighbor, as it kept coming on and off all night long, waking several people up over several nights. They were going to look into fixing it or see what the problem was. The house was closer to the beach than we thought which was nice.

We had a nice time during our stay! The home was accurate to the description. The bathrooms were not as clean as we would have hoped. The kitchen had a lot of leftover items and spices which was nice! There was somewhere for everyone to sit. We really enjoyed the fire pit and outside area. The beds were mostly comfortable. Overall I’d stay here again, but do think it was overpriced.

Our stay was for 3 families. Well appointed beach theme. Options of bedrooms , 4.5 baths to please all. Master had heated floor in its bath. Pre-teens loved the bonus TV room in the garage play area that opened to the pool. Beautiful patio area. Accommodated 9 easily for meals indoors and outdoors. Plenty of dish ware and kitchen essentials. Webber grill and fire pit were terrific with the privacy fence and string lighting. Emails to PMI were responded to timely. Front garage had a canvas cart with chairs and boogey boards to make it easier to walk to the beach and crossing A1A. Cars were allowed on the beach 🏖️ so that was an option. Publix was close by. We chose to cook and have meals at the house because it was so resort-like. Walked to the end of the street to the inter-coastal to see a beautiful sunset. Loved our stay. We stayed during peak season so it was pricy, but the many features of the property made us all happy with the choice. A day in St Augustine.. Beach was perfect.
