This place was AMAZING for our family; great water front, excellent swimming, no weeds for us! The kids and I loved swimming around the little island out front. The cottage has everything you need for a lake-side stay and it was easy to pop-over to the main (hosts) cottage for a shower when desired. Joan and Jim were incredible hosts, their property is immaculate! The guest cottage is cute, love the big deck and private feel. Very serine despite being on a “big” Muskoka lake. Thanks so much Joan and Jim, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful place and great hosts. Joan and Jim live next door and were very friendly and helpful. Cottage was as described and was extremely clean. Kitchen very well equipped with all the cooking gear and utensils you could possibly need. The lack of a full range was not an issue. Beds very comfortable. View out to the lake from the cottage front deck and dock was spectacular. Water was reedy, so you would need to swim deeper to avoid. Had a great time fishing from the dock, canoeing around the lake relaxing around bonfire and just taking it easy.

The view from the deck is incredible! It was the perfect size for our family of 4 even with rainy weather keeping us inside. Very private and peaceful!!
