Modern, luminous and comfortable, the apartment is centrally located in the picturesque, historic town of Silves, within walking distance of famous Silves castle and the bustling pedestrian zone. Ideal for 1-2 couples or a family of four, this sunny home has gorgeous views, on the second floor of a new building, steps from the old town market and Arade river. Some of the Algarve’s most beautiful beaches, such as Praia da Marinha, and the famous Benagil caves are only a 15-20 minutes’ drive away. The apartment (75 sqm) is located on the second floor of a newly built three-floor building, and can be reached by elevator or stairs. The apartment’s door buzzer system has a camera to the main street entrance.

This is a lovely place in a lovely town. It has all the amenities you need, spotlessly clean, sunfilled and very secure. It is right in the heart of Silves restaurants and bars, near supermarkets and cafes, and a nice walk to the historic church and castle. it would be good for families, couples or like myself, solo travellers. I highly recommend this place.
Staying at Sebastian's apartment in Silves was a delightful experience. Sebastian was incredibly communicative and helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed. The apartment is located in a central part of town, making it easy to explore the city. It was well-equipped with modern amenities and spotlessly clean upon arrival. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Silves!
Die Unterkunft ist schön, neu und sauber. Der Lidl um die Ecke und der große Parkplatz am Fluss waren super praktisch. Sebastian ist sehr nett und hat schnell geantwortet. Wir können das Airbnb nur empfehlen!

A beautiful riverside promenade with a large children’s playground and cafe is nearby the apartment.
The municipal pool and gym is a short 4-minute walk away. A well equipped gym, lap pool (need to bring speedos, swimming cap, flip-flops), sauna, jacuzzi, and hammam. 4.00€ for the gym (entire day) and 3.50€ for the pool (90 minutes). Outside is a skatepark, basketball court and outdoor workout area. Check out the excellent reviews on googl maps.
A large supermarket (Lidl) is around the corner of the apartment, and the market hall with fresh produce and local specialties is right in front.
Faro airport is 40 minutes and Silves train station 5 minutes away by car. Public transport is available, as well as local taxis and car rental. Plenty of public parking options near the apartment (not right in front).
