登顿(Denton) · 整套出租单元 · 1室2床1.0卫 · 可住3人 · Cozy Suite at The House on Hickory!
This historic and charming property is located in the heart of Denton, steps away from Courthouse on the Square. Enjoy easy, walking access to downtown Denton and UNT. This suite is on the 2nd floor of The House on Hickory, featuring 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, kitchen and living room area for a total of around 700 sq ft. Enjoy clean wood floors throughout and a fully tiled bathroom. Please note that thanks to the age of the home, the hardwood stairs can be a bit squeaky as well as low ceilings. A historic property built in 1895, The House on Hickory features a total of (5) suites on the property. The entirety of Suite A is on the ground floor, Suites B and C occupy the second floor, and Suite D occupies the third floor. Suite E is the detached single family home on the property, which also houses the laundry room. We really enjoyed breathing new life into this property through an extensive rehab process, and we can't wait to welcome you here!
Great place to stay! It was easy to find and Aaron and Tiffany are very good a communicating and answering questions. We definitely would stay there again.
Great place for a short and comfortable stay, close to shopping areas and restaurants. Peaceful at night and good to relax. Amazing responsive hosts that will always try to aid your stay!
I really enjoyed staying at Aaron and Tiffany’s Airbnb. The location was ideal as I did not have a car and it was easy to walk to the Denton Square, the Denton Community Market, many restaurants and the two universities. I also enjoyed being able to rent a bike from the bike shop across the street. My suite was very spacious and comfortable along with fast Internet and a comfortable king sized bed. The laundry facilities were awesome, too.
Set in a historic part of Denton, the property sits close to Courthouse square, on the east-running Hickory Street. The west-running Oak Street is just north of Hickory Street. While part of the historic district, it is not formally on the historic registry. There are a number of homes nestled in between Oak and Hickory Street that have historic designation and have to maintain certain standards for historic reasons.
Parking in downtown historic Denton is challenging, specifically on the square itself. It is highly advisable to park at the property and walk to the square and the immediate surrounding area. There are some paid parking lots on the east side of the square if you absolutely require parking, and with a little bit of timing, luck, and patience you might be able to snag a spot on the square.
