We booked this property to be able to share one place with our two families and it worked out great. It was nice to be near Presque Ilse State Park while having our own place to hang out and relax in the evenings.

Sean's cozy, well appointed cottage was great. It had all we needed for a wonderful stay in Erie. The two bathrooms were a real plus and we loved that our small dog was welcome to stay as well. Thanks Sean!

This was a great place to stay for me, my boyfriend, and our dog. Sean sent information ahead of our check in so we knew what to expect when we got there. It had everything we needed for a four-day stay in Erie, including a kitchen stocked with all of the appliances we needed to cook. It was cold when we went, but I am keeping it in mind for the summer since it's close to Presque Isle and has a great deck outside. It was nice, warm and cozy for a November trip.

Sean was awesome I had never used Air B n B before. He was helpful and so responsive. At one point the place was winterized but it was like 80 and I wanted the AC turned on. In less then an hour he had someone there to de winterize it and make the AC available. Place was exactly as stated and Sean was so easy to communicate with and I greatly appreciate it. I recommend to anyone
