Just WOW! A large detached house in the heart of the city, renovated and sleeping up to 16 guests comfortably. Our Coach House comes with 5 stunning bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a free parking spot included! (Please note the spot is available for standard-sized vehicles, but could be tight for larger ones.) Perfect for any group wishing to explore Liverpool and its finest bars and restaurants. A unique stay in the heart of Liverpool City Centre, situated on a charming cob Our family-friendly coach house boasts five bedrooms with a total of 10 beds, sleeping up to 16 guests comfortably. It comes with a free car park space - ideal if you are arriving with a car. Sleeping arrangements and property layout: Ground Floor: Bedroom 1: 2 double beds (twin bedroom) Living Room: Plenty of room to relax and enjoy entertainment through the Smart TV in the lounge: 2 double sofa beds Ground floor bathroom: with a modern shower suite. First Floor Bedroom 2: 2 double beds (twin bedroom) Bedroom 3: 2 double beds (twin bedroom) Bedroom 4: 1 double bed with ensuite toilet/shower room Bedroom 5: 1 double bed with ensuite toilet/shower room Kitchen: Fully equipped with a large familyn table and bench. A fully kitted kitchen with an oven/hob, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher! Please note that the house cannot host parties - it is suitable for respectful groups looking to celebrate special occasions in Liverpool whilst respecting our local neighbourhood. We simply ask that you respect that there are other residents to consider and noise must be kept to a reasonable level especially in the evening and no partying or loud music to be played in or outside the property after 10pm. Host & Stay are committed to our owners so that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge), or to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

The place was lovely, we had 16 of us stay and it was just enough room for us all. It is in a great location, just a short walk to the shops and bars in town.

House was lovely and in a very good central location. Each bedroom was huge and we didn’t feel on top of each other at all. Nice TV, kitchen setup, plenty of seats and storage space. Parking space was easy to find too. My only constructive feedback is to sort the heating out - the instructions to tweak the boiler were hidden deep in a PDF of house instructions etc. so didn’t see it right away. Maybe a poster in the meantime before a more permanent solution on the boiler might help people.

This is an ideal place for foodies and culture hounds who would like to explore the great variety of restaurants and pubs within Bold Street, Hope Street, or Duke Street areas. Hope Street is home to some of Liverpool's top restaurants such as The Florist and The London Carriageworks.
Walking distance to Liverpool City Centre shopping, Philharmonic Hall and Everyman Theatre all within short stroll. You can also venture to the scenic and historic spots like Ropewalks and the picturesque Georgian Quarter within easy walking distance so you can enjoy a variety of independent shops, coffee shops, and restaurants or the view of scenic buildings and original cobbled streets. Albert Dock and Liverpool Museums and Tate Modern Gallery are about a 10 minute walk.
A few minutes walk away to Britain's biggest Cathedral - the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral.

If you're exploring the city centre - you are already within walking distance of everything! However, if you're venturing out of the city centre there are plenty of bus stops within a minutes walk. Liverpool One bus stop is a short walk away as well as Liverpool Central Station.
The house is located within walking distance of the Philharmonic, Everyman Theatre, all the city’s food, culture, and entertainment treasures. There's great little cafe that opened up right next to the house! It's called Coffi and is absolutely gram worthy. You can walk everywhere to amazing restaurants, bars, including Cains Brewery village which is less than 20 minutes stroll from the house. Wander the neighbourhood to find traditional pubs and fine dining restaurants. Hop on a bus (if you don't fancy the walk!) to Liverpool Waterfront and stop off at The Royal Albert Docks or The Tate. If you’re a Beatlemaniac, head into Liverpool Central where you’ll find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.
