We are so happy to have stayed this place. Everywhere was clean and pleasant.Kitchen was highly functional and large to cook and eat together. The sun room was so relaxing and with a great view. A big bonus was the basement garage which was spacious and easy to park in.Kathy was helpful and responded to our query so quickly. Location was exceptional, walking distance to Main St and good restaurants, of which Seaport Grill was marvellous!! Truly recommend to a family!Thank you Kathy.
The home is stunning, clean and inviting. The view from the bedroom window is amazing and my favorite room was the sunroom. Im an avid book reader and could curl up in any room in the house and crack open my book and be comfortable. The location of the home is great, within walking distance from Everything we needed. Kathy even checked in during the stay to make sure everything was comfortable and if we needes anything. Definitely would love to stay here and visit the area again!
We had a wonderful family Christmas celebration at Kathy’s home! The house was beautiful in a lovely setting overlooking the harbor. We cooked several meals in the spacious well-equipped kitchen, had Christmas dinner in the lovely dining room and sang Christmas carols around the grand piano! The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and pristine. The bright sunroom was a delight for morning coffee and conversation! Kathy was the perfect host - very responsive and provided lots of suggestions for things to see and do in the area. Gloucester is such an interesting town and Kathy’s home is the perfect base for exploring the area! We highly recommend this home for your next getaway!!
The view's from the sunroom are beautiful! We easily walked downtown and to restaurants. Having a garage to park in is nice. Kathy was very communicative. The kitchen was very well stocked, making cooking easy! The master suite is HUGE. We felt very much at home and were comfortable. There were a few more departure rules than what I am used to but other than that our stay was great!
We loved staying at Kathy's place! It was perfect for our family vacation and Kathy's recommendations for things to do in the area were wonderful.
