We wanted to keep it clean and simple! There is enough space to sleep 6 adults comfortably with an additional pull out couch for 2-3 more children. The papasan makes for a comfy spot for a child as well. This home has wide door ways and plenty of natural light. Please keep in mind there is not a bathtub in this home but we do provide a small portable one for the very small guests. This is a child and dog friendly home in a safe and family friendly neighborhood.

Amazing rental property! Super house and yard. Marina right down the street. Rachel and J are fantastic hosts!!!!
We loved Rachel's place. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean, and they afforded privacy and clean bathrooms. I loved the kitchen, it had everything we needed, and morning coffee on one of the beautiful porches was so relaxing . The backyard was private, and our dogs enjoyed the room to run. We walked the quiet neighborhood and did some swimming in the beautiful pool. There were many things in town, we had a great dinner and a lovely boat ride where we saw dolphins and the wild horses. We would love to go back, Rachel was a wonderful attentive host!
Perfect spot for our family getaway before school! A quick 30 minute trip to the beach was well worth the location and price. Very helpful and responsive host! We definitely recommend this home and will stay again when heading back to the beach with family!
Everything as pictured. Clean, comfy, felt right at home. Loved the fact there were things for the kids (and the adults) to do, such as board games, corn hole, volley ball, darts, ping pong, little ride-on cars for kids, etc. Plenty of kitchen space, kitchen utensils, and cooking apparatuses. Nice, friendly, quiet community. Everything was great, the whole crew was satisfied, and we would stay again and recommend to others. The host was very friendly, inviting, informative, and super responsive.

Located in Sea Gate Marina neighborhood, you are sure to fall in love with its location. We are off highway 101 and 11 miles from Cherry Point, Marine Corps Station. Sea Gate has a well stocked store for all your boating needs which includes, gas, ice, drinks, bait, fishing supplies, wine and basic household necessities. We have a deeply dredged marina which makes storing your boats big or small an easy task. When staying at CC Lane you are able to use the Marina boat ramp as well as the community pool. Sea Gate is a highly sought out neighborhood with friendly faces and lots of golf carts!
Sea Gate is in a private neighborhood 20 minutes to most local attractions. We recommend you bring your own car. The closest beach access is Radio Island and about 15 minutes away. We are less than a mile from the boat launch so traveling by boat will be no problem! The driveway is spacious and can fit multiple vehicles, a boat trailer or golf cart! We recommend parking in the driveway and not in the lawn, thank you!
