This home is gorgeous and in such a beautiful part of Kailua-Kona. The neighborhood is very private and quiet and yet so close to everything. We spent a lot time outside watching the ocean and looking out for whales. (We saw some fully breaching one evening, right before sunset-breathtaking!) The house has plenty of room for all, and we enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing family vacation here. This is a wonderful home. We hope to come back soon!

Beach Ecstasy was truly amazing!! Plenty of space for 4 couples. Very well equipped with necessities from zip lock bags to band aids to any and everything we needed in the kitchen. Close proximity to great shopping, local markets, quaint coffee shops and much more. We could not have asked for a better place to stay on the Big Island. Our very first day we saw whales from our amazing patio view. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place.

This is a beautiful location. The house was large and well equipped for seven adults and a toddler! This was honestly the most well equipped kitchen of any house we have rented for a vacation. The location is incredible. We were able to see whales from the kitchen! The rooms were plenty large for everyone and there was a lot of space. The pool and hot tub were used a lot. The tiki bar was a nice touch. We were able to easily walk to the keiki down the coast to enjoy that little beach. Our toddler loved playing there and there was a turtle usually present in the area. We would love to come back here!

Lawrence’s oceanfront home in Kona Bay absolutely fits the description. We were there to support and host our daughter in the IRONMAN Women’s World Championships. For our group of 7 the house was perfect for our needs. Bella who is the property manager for Lawrence was so responsive. She addressed a couple of requests and needs in the first day of Check-in. She helped us log into the TV, provide umbrella stands for the pool deck and have guys provide an extra grill. Also, thanks for the Uncle Kimo’s Kona Coffee from their family farm Mahalo!
