Our stay at Greg’s place in Kona was wonderful. The house is amazing with a wonderful pool. The location is perfect because it has great ocean views to watch the beautiful Hawaiian sunsets and it is just far enough away from downtown to enjoy the peace and quiet. All the neighborhoods were very friendly and welcoming. The house had plenty of space for our family with eight adults and two young children. We had one minor issue with the front door keypad battery going dead and it took the property manager Jessica over a day and a half to get the lock repaired. Other than this small issue we have nothing but the best to say about the property and location. We used to live in Kona a few years back and it still feels like coming back home to us.

This house was beautifully decorated with great views of sunsets and downtown Kona. We loved the volcanic rock flooring. The gate at the driveway entrance is a little narrow so be careful if you rent a larger vehicle like we did. It was tricky getting a Suburban through it, but we made it.

Perfect and beautiful home for destination wedding guests (wedding couple, four parents, three adult siblings) to stay. Great social space (indoors and out) for all to bond while chilling, hanging around the beautiful pool, cooking together, and eating, but bedrooms were spacious and nicely separated, so that each couple or single could be on their own when they wanted. Ping pong table in garage was great for unwinding. In the morning, before we left for the wedding ceremony on the beach, the bride/women and groom/men had plenty of space to isolate from each other. All guests agreed, very comfy beds and linens. Lots of much appreciated extras (nice large beach towels, beach chairs, pool floaties and snorkel equipment). Beautiful kitchen with lots of dishes (perfect for large group).

Greg's house was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close to main road and town. With five bedrooms and four bathrooms it was perfect for our family of 12. Pool was great and was stocked with plenty of swim and sand toys along with lots of swim towels. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and ceiling fans in all rooms help to keep us cool. Only bad thing was the kitchen sink garbage disposal stopped working midweek which we think caused the dishwasher not to clean the dishes. Management company was not able to get handyman out to fix this during the remainder of our stay.
