After a full day enjoying all Nome has to offer, come rest in your tiny home away from home, a tiny home with a twist. In possibly the only connex cottage here in town, you will find a bedroom with a twin bed, a living area a bathroom with a shower, a washer and dryer and a fully functional kitchen. The location is a block from the end of the Iditarod in the winter and in the summer, the beach where you can find beautiful pieces of sea glass. 40' connex w/ large entry

The hotel in Nome was super expensive so I chose this option. I’ve never stayed in a container house before, so it was a different experience for me. Some drawbacks, but given where I was and the extreme cold, ice and snow, I was very comfortable. Robert was very responsive. Texted me back quickly whenever I asked for anything. Rented me his car and was generous with it. If I had needed anything he would have helped, I know. Alaskans are good people!

Robert has been a terrific host - very accommodating and helpful. The place is perfect for what I need and better than the standard room rentals available in Nome.

Checker cab is available usually for $7-10 a ride or some people rent a car (which can be pricey in Nome).
