This place was clean and felt like home.
Great location, cozy, able to walk everywhere we needed to be! Would definitely stay here again.
Location, Location, Location! Marie's place is within walking distance of all the restaurants, shops, the visitor center, and other services in Nome. Plus we had a view of the frozen Bering Sea. This accommodation is as described: no frills, but friendly, functional, and perfect for a no-nonsense adventurer. While you won't find luxury amenities, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was a coffee maker and coffee. You need to bring or buy any groceries or condiments. We were so fortunate that Marie's place was available since we were there during the Iditarod!
