Wow, this place absolutely lived up to expectations. From previous experiences, I was so nervous when we showed up that it would be tiny and nothing like the photos. It was EXACTLY like the photos and so clean! The square footage seems small on paper but the place is laid out so intentionally it does not seem like 1800 square feet. We would stay here over and over again!!!!! I cannot say enough. Thank you 🙏

Dave’s place was awesome! It was quaint but big enough for our whole family. We loved the small intimate pool in the front at the end of the day. The bunk bed room was adorable and my four small kiddos loved it. The container was super fun to stay in and we’ve already let other friends and family know about it! The patio upstairs is so big and comfortable. We had a great time and we will be back!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Would recommend to anyone looking to vacation in Port Aransas. Definitely plan to return!!

Perfect home ! Perfect Host ! Very comfortable home with room for a large family 2 master bedrooms are wonderful since I have grown children with 2 babies , the heated pool was awesome for my little grand boys We all had a amazing time and will be back to stay in Dave’s homes

Modern by the Sea is a gem! Really nice and great natural light! The architecture is really incredible and creative! Our whole family enjoyed our stay!!
