I booked this stay on behalf of a family and Chris did such a great job accommodating their needs. Accessible homes are very hard to find so we appreciate that Chris was so easy to work with!

Chris's home was absolutely beautiful! We spent Memorial Day weekend and there was ample room for our group of 10 both inside and outside. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies, the bedrooms are spacious, the deck and outdoor patio are both functionable and offer amazing views. The beach is only a few houses away, less than a minute walk. The pool is great, not too big, heats up quickly. The home/space is exactly as pictured - spacious, clean, and beautiful! No complaints from our group, we very much hope to be invited back to stay in the future!!!

This is by far one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in. It was large enough to house our family of 8 with out crowding. Chis came by after we had arrived and showed us around his home, explaining how to use the elevator the game room hook ups etc. The front porch with a table for 10 was a great spot for breakfast and dinners with a great breeze which kept you cool even on those hot days. The roof top deck was a great place for sunset watching and getaways if you wanted. The bedrooms were a good size and furnished nicely. Plenty of bathrooms, great outdoor shower which came in handy coming back from the beach or after enjoying the pool. The beach was just steps away. Plenty of good restaurants and shops within walking distance. We will most definitely be back.

Beautiful house. 2 wonderful living areas, though we didn't use the one downstairs. There are 2 huge dining tables, one inside and one outside that made celebrating even easier. A downstairs fridge in the play area (pool table and ping pong table) helped with all our food. Kids loved the pool area. COuldn't figure out the elevator so didn't use it.

Chris is a very helpful, considerate, and responsive host. He assisted us throughout the check-in process since we were coming from out of state and arriving late at night. He always answered our calls or returned them promptly. He also followed up with a text during our time to see if we had any needs. The house offers a great location to everything that Surf City has to offer and quick access to the beach. The house is an older cape on the island and could use some TLC in some areas but it met our needs for the week and did not deter form our enjoyment of the house. We would definitely rent from Chris in the future.
