My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Kathrine’s cottage! Kathrine was a wonderful host (answers quickly and is always available if you have any questions) and the cottage itself was very lovely. It’s quite close to the bus and the train station, so it’s easy to travel around from.

Katherine’s cottage was the perfect stay for our weekend away. It was clean, cosy and in a great location - there was a bus stop right outside or the train station was a 5 minute walk away. The cottage had all the amenities listed and more, we especially enjoyed the hotel-like towels and bed linen! The parking around the streets of Penryn wasn’t ideal but Katherine sent us a maps link to the free long stay car park a short walk away so we had no issues in the end. Katherine was very responsive and friendly, answering any questions I had very quickly. We would definitely come back to stay if we visited again…highly recommend!

A beautiful traditional Cornish cottage! We felt instantly at home and it was the perfect place to spend a relaxing few days away. We used the cottage as a base to get around the local area including getting the ferry to St Mawes and walking to Mylor - both were easy from the home (albeit hilly!) The cottage was spotless, modern, warm, well finished, we loved the bath and shower! A smart TV would be the only thing that could improve this space, but was not a problem for us. Kathrine provided parking instructions before check in and these were super easy to follow. We would absolutely stay again, and recommend to a couple or single person looking to relax and explore some lovely parts of Cornwall. Thank you Kathrine

We had a lovely stay in Penryn. The cottage was pristine and equipped with everything you could need. It is located in a central but quiet part of Penryn allowing easy access to the town and is perfectly situated for travelling around the local area. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

10/10 stay at Kathrine's place! It’s so well put together, beautifully refurbished and decorated. Best quality sheets and towels! You can tell that a lot of thought has gone in to this little house, attention to detail is spot on. I loved that the bathroom had a main light as well as 2 other lights that are dimmer switches so you can have a cosy bath in the huge tub. Bedroom is a really decent size too! 10-15 min drive from Falmouth town and lots of cute pubs walking distance from the house.
