Sophie is by far the most accommodating host you'll find! Very responsive at all hours and willing to go that extra mile to make your stay feel like a home away from home. Lovely private accommodation with a private garden packed with garden furniture, garden gazebo, family activity toys and gas bbq. The garden is beautifully maintained and the lodge impeccably clean. Good powerful shower and lovely soft fresh towel and linen. A huge hamper of continental breakfast foods on arrival (including baby foods) and fresh milk in the fridge. The lodge overall is really cozy and you feel incredibly safe and secure once inside. Travel cot, blankets and toys all provided. The perfect stay whilst staying in Liverpool with the family. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend for all travelling families!

We had a lovely stay at the cabin for a couple of nights. The place was spotless, clean and cosy. There are two lovely pubs within walking distance and there is a nice garden to sit in surrounding the cabin. One slight issue worth noting though which isn’t obvious in the description, is that there are no cooking facilities (though it states there is a kitchenette to heat and refrigerate food with pots and pans) There is a fridge, a kettle and toaster, but no heating facilities and no counter space to actually prepare any food. There is also only a small table with two chairs, in the room with bunk beds which was no good when there was four of us. There is no common area either but there is a tv in the master bedroom (but only one person can comfortably view it due to the location) So it makes this place more like a luxury hotel room, which is fine if you are prepared for that and want to eat out for every meal.

My elderly parents stayed here for a couple of nights over Christmas and loved it. Very homely, lovely surroundings and an extremely comfortable bed.

Very cosy and immaculately clean. We only stayed for a couple of nights over Christmas so did not get a chance to explore the area but the cabin was perfectly equipped and would be lovely in the summer when you could make use of the garden. We had a problem with the hot water but it was fixed as soon as we mentioned it so really responsive hosts.
