We only stayed here for 2 nights but felt like we had been away from home a lot longer. We had such a relaxing break at this gorgeous house. As the other reviews have said, the photos do not it justice. Absolutely beautiful location and we will definitely be back next year.

Beautiful property for a family break. We had problems with water supply due to a burst water pipe out of Darren’s control. Darren was really responsive and extremely proactive to help us get access to drinking water and water for showers. Thank you for a lovely stay!!! Excellent host!!

Had a great stay, property is lovely , modern and spacious . Great spot so peaceful and access to lovely walks along the canal. Our host was extremely helpful, recommending local restaurants and resident taxi . Great communication from start to finish. I would most definitely return 😁

The place is honestly beautiful and the pictures surely doesn’t do it any justice at all. We had a lovely time and will be back for sure! Darren and his co-host Ashley, were honestly amazing with their support.

Ideal for family get together, great kitchen and living area with added balcony on canal side with outdoor furniture and table heater. Plenty of flat walks on canal and middlewood way which leads to middlewood train station (40min walk) that opens up the surrounding area to Buxton /Stockport/Manchster or Hope Valley (change at New Mills). The bedrooms have super king beds and handy bathrooms close by if not ensuite. If you wanted to stay close there is a large field to exercise and even fishing on the Marina. Its also near a bus route to Poynton which has its own train station.
