We were in town hunting hogs. On very short notice we needed a new place to stay. Sylvia allowed us to stay at her place on really short notice. The property was as described and extremely comfortable. Sylvia was extremely tentative and helped us with anything we needed. Thanks

Our stay was very relaxing. Our favorite part was enjoying some coffee on the porch and watching the hummingbirds and cows! The cabin is also conveniently located near the Colorado Bend State Park which was the cherry on top.

We had a very peaceful and comfortable stay at Sylvia's house. We loved sitting on the porch watching the hummingbirds and cooking on the grill and it was only a short drive to the state park. We will be back.

Great stay overall! Super close to Colorado Bend State Park which was the purpose of our trip. Kid friendly dishes and toys - great touch and my kids played with them all weekend! Loved seeing the cows every morning and having space for the kids to run around outside.

This place was terrific for us to stay while we visited Colorado Bend Stare Park and to take our grandson fishing for the first time. Sylvia was exceptionally responsible dove and even went over and above by providing toys. The place is clean and as-described. We had what we needed to make our meals and she had both a Keurig coffee maker as well as a drip coffee maker with some coffees. There was drinking water as well. We really felt at home and welcome even though I was not as communicative since my phone service was iffy out there. (The WiFi worked well however).
