This is our second time booking this place. I really appreciate the responsiveness of the host during our stay. Comfortable and convenient locations and amenities are perfect.

Great studio, located near all the amenities. The place is beautiful and well decorated. I had no issue with the wifi. I like that water was available in the room, it's a big plus for me. the pool is very nice and not too crowded, but hard to find since there are no signs on the 2nd floor to guide you. There is a 7-eleven right below. Host was responsive and helpful.

Raquel’s place was exactly as described on Airbnb. It was in a good location, a few minutes walk from the mall, with a cafe with great food and drinks on the other side of the building. It was easy to get access to the room via a locked box, and the pool and gym were a great bonus.

Rustans is less than 50 steps away! You are in the midst of Cebu Business Park! Need I say more?
Grab is very accessible. You can get all your grocery needs through Rustans, Ayala, Landers or the 7-11 within the building.
Parking, though not available inside the building, are accessible just in front of tower 3 for an overnight promo cost of P80 good for 13 hours already and it can even give you direct access to Tower 1 and the pool via Tower 3 entrance.
