This two-bedroom vacation rental is just a short stroll from the San Lorenzo River and the Santa Cruz Riverwalk. Enjoy the seaside Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk for rides, arcade games, Mini-Golf, Lazer Tag, and carnival-style treats, less than a mile away. When you arrive, park in one of the two gated parking spots. - Comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults - 2 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - There are two reserved covered, gated parking spots There is a gate on either side of the apartment complex. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker - Living room - cozy sofa, two armchairs, a large TV with a Roku, a warming gas fireplace, and sliding door access to the furnished balcony - Furnished balcony for meals or morning coffee. Note: - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable). - NO PETS

Felt like home with our stay in Santa Cruz, thanks to Catherine, the place is centrally located to the boardwalk and downtown Santa Cruz. The place is much bigger then the pictures suggest, huge living room and kitchen with two private bedrooms and baths. Great communication, will be back for sure and would recommend to a friend!

Great location. Very light apartment with a nice kitchen, full-size refrigerator dishwasher washer dryer in the unit. Gated parking is a plus. Nice to have two bathrooms for four of us. Apartment was very clean, but a few stains on the towels that we ended up washing ourselves . The pillows were the worst part of the Airbnb experience there. Bring your own or we highly recommend the owners purchase pillows for each bedroom. The only other thing is that the second bathroom has no towel rack or hook. Other than that we highly recommend and we would come back when we are in the area again! Very good communication with the host. Responsive.
