My husband & I traveled through this area on a biz trip and decided to stay here since we love historical properties. The house was easy to get into using the codes provided. The room matched the photos. The jacuzzi tub was nice! I suggest having a chair or two to sit in. There was an antique-looking chair near the jacuzzi tub but I was worried about breaking it, I have a bad knee so it is hard to get into a chair so low to the ground. The only places to sit were on the bed or the side of the jacuzzi tub. We had a good time. The house is lovely. We live in a house that was built in 1920 and has a similar look to it, so it was fun staying in a place that felt like home but was decorated in such a fun style! Funny note; there are packages you can add on... I opted to get a box of truffles and a bath soak. I also saw a "romance" package for $8 thinking perhaps it was a mini bottle of champagne. It was something else, and hubby and I laughed! ;) We also got a complimentary mini-champagne

The Peerless Hotel #5 was absolutely gorgeous. The big jacuzzi tub was so beautiful and relaxing. The location is central to downtown Ashland. I would definitely stay here again.

It was great the restaurant next door was great too
