We spent a week at Matt's place and enjoyed it so much. Great location - easy walk to the beach and close to lots of amenities. The pool was amazing - spent lots of time soaking up the sun. Matt was extremely responsive and helped with every question or concern. Thanks for the amazing getaway in the Florida Keys!

This listing was wonderful. Great location at the end of the canal, so good view of manatee and lots of fish. House was very clean and comfortable. Being able to walk with our kids and wagon full of beach stuff to Sombrero Beach was awesome. Pool is not full-sized but was perfect for our family. Many hours of pool/backyard fun. We look forward to returning to this property. Great, responsive host - couldn't have asked for better.

The listing was as described. Marathon is a great town and it was wonderful to be within close walking distance to Sombrero Beach. Great pool and private backyard at the house—very relaxing!

We had a wonderful vacation at this pristine house! Host was responsive when we had questions. The dock, pool and proximity to beach allowed us to do different activities. House was as described and matched pictures. We loved the great location, quietness of area and being on the water with a pool. Enjoyed the wildlife birds, fish and we had a visiting manatee! We will definitely share with others and will stay again when we return. Great vacation!! Thank you!
