The home provides a quiet, peaceful and relaxing escape. There are no stairs into or within the suite and it is very accessible. There are three bedrooms with super comfortable queen beds and a double bed in the third bedroom (an extra guest fee applies to more than 4 guests). The rooms either have closet space or dresser space for you to use. We have a large living area with a 55" Smart TV with Crave and Samsung TV set up. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to prepare a meal in. There is a completely renovated full bathroom with bathtub and shower. We also have a brand new half bathroom with laundry. Make sure to enjoy the outdoor areas at each side of the home and feel free to use the large backyard space. *Note that the landscaping is not fully completed (we may be outside working on the property periodically). WiFi is provided (password on fridge). We have included eco-friendly features into our renovation and into the items we supply you. This includes a heat pump for heating and cooling, sustainable wood features and compostable coffee pods. *Note that this is the lower unit of a duplex. There may be guests above you and there may be some noise transfer. Please respect the quiet hours between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. As pet owners ourselves, we understand the special bond that can exist between a pet and their owner. We welcome pets at our Airbnb, but we ask that you respect our home by cleaning up after your pet and taking steps to prevent any damage. We have a large, unfenced yard so make sure you are with your dog while they play outside. A pet fee will be applied to your trip.
