Close to Nanaimo, Lake Cowichan and Victoria, and close to waterfronts and hikes, Denise's house is really well placed to enjoy the best of Vancouver Island. We felt at home here from the very first moment: very beautiful interior spaces and the garden/terrace is very pleasant, everything is very clean and fresh, very comfortable mattress, lots of kitchen utensils and equipment available, the neighborhood is very calm and benevolent. We had an exceptional stay with Denise and we can only recommend her house in Chemainus!

We spent the most relaxing week at Denise's lovely cottage in Chemainus and felt right at home. Super accessible to the village center, really well equipped kitchen and amazing back deck. Overall one of, if not the, best AirBnBs we have stayed at.

We had an excellent stay here and really enjoyed Chemainus! The town is absolutely beautiful and even caught some live music at the Brewery here. Great place to stay on the island and very central for everywhere we needed to go. The house was also perfect, and in a quiet neighborhood! Thanks so much!!
