For those who love to entertain there is a gas/charcoal BBQ for family meals after the beach. There is secure parking for 2 to 3 cars. All the inside space and major terraces and wood fired hot tub are on one level. You enter to a large open plan well-equipped kitchen, dining room, and lounge. There is a separate utility room and WC. There is also a sun room off the kitchen which is great for coffee or cocktails. The wood burning stove and central heating keep us warm in winter. The wrap around veranda and black out blind’s keep us cool in summer. The four, good size bedrooms lead off from a hall. Three of these have smart en-suite shower rooms and TV’s. The fourth bathroom with a stand alone bath is available to all. All rooms and showers have step free access. The house is being decorated with original art from Cornwall and around the world. A carefully selected range of food, poetry, nature and philosophy books are provided for you to browse and relax. We believe no home is complete without plants and we ask that guests help us keep these thriving by watering when needed. Outside, there is wood fired hot tub with easy access steps. The additional BBQ seating area is three steps down to another level with a fire pit for toasting marshmallows. The expansive lawn is down at the bottom level with sun loungers an Arbor and a kids shed ‘den’ with old fashioned games.
