We had a great time at Maud’s place. The apartment was small, but super nice and well-equipped. It fulfilled all our needs.

Loved our stay! Great location. Easy check-in process. Maude was extremely responsive and helpful with our questions. The unit is close to fantastic restaurants and the Metro. We even were able to experience a weekend market frequented by Parisians - it was one block from the flat. As other reviewers mentioned, the restaurant next door does add noise at night but we use a white noise machine for sleeping and didn't notice the noise at all on the second floor when were trying to sleep. Overall, we loved our stay!! Thank you!

Getting to the place was very easy and going into the place was like a small spy game and fun. Maud was very helpful with always was there for us whenever we have anything to ask. The place can not be in a better location. 300%meters from 2 metro stations and around so many nice restaurants. Within 2-3km range you can find most of places you can imagine when you think of Paris. The room is rather small and the stairs to the bedroom is a little stiff but it was no problem for us. I would definitely recommend this place to any couple who visits paris.

Le logement proposé par Maud est tout à fait ravissant, décoré avec goût et extrêmement propre. Très proche de la gare Montparnasse, avec un grand nombre de commerces et restaurants à proximité. Maud à toujours été disponible et précise dans sa communication avec nous. A noter que la petite cour intérieure du logement est très calme et sécurisée, petit bémol par contre pour le restaurant indien situé à côté de la maisonnette et qui génère un peu de bruit mais cela ne nous a guère gêné. Bref une adresse à retenir.

Le logement de Maud est très fonctionnel, propre et agréable. Idéalement situé, il reste à l'écart de la rue donc calme. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour parisien. De plus Maud est une hôte très sympathique et arrangeante. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir :)
