We had a decent stay at the Barefoot Beach House. It's in a really nice neighborhood and accessing the beach was super easy. It also had all the amenities we required for our trip. It was fairly clean, although some dust/dirt/cobwebs could be found in some places (window sills, shelves, etc), it was about what you would expect for a place that allows pets. Be aware that the host allows their handyman to leave his truck permanently in one of the 2 covered parking spaces which was a total inconvenience as my group had to play musical cars during most of our trip. The back yard was poorly maintained. There is a very large bougainvillea plant that has grown from the backyard patio up and on to part of the deck above. The bougainvillea has very large thorns and it's clippings were scattered all around the yard, which we had to clean up upon our arrival to make the backyard safe for our dogs to walk in.

A beautiful home and great people to work with. Our booking was an unexpected last minute booking. This home sleeps six adults comfortably and definitely room for your children. ( They would love the bunk bed) Quiet & safe neighborhood. About 20 min ride to Bucees…if you know you know. A must visit. 15 min drive to historical St Augustine. We definitely will be return guests! Thank You Drew Jeffrey & Collin for opening your home to Air BnB

Barefoot Beach House is fantastic, wonderful home with all the amenities. The hot tub is fantastic, the fenced yard perfect for our dog. We appreciated the gate on the second story deck so pets can be outside without worry. Beautiful master bedroom suite, and the downstairs bedrooms were very comfortable. Loved the ship bunk beds with a queen bed on the bottom! Beautiful neighborhood, safe for walking to beach or river. The grill offered us options for dinner and the Publix is an easy few minutes drive. We enjoyed our walks to the beach, only a few minutes to get there, and it was close to Flagler College for our visit. Thanks so much to Drew, Jeffrey, and Collin! We would definitely chose Barefoot Beach House again:)
