This was ultimately a disappointing stay. The house was beautiful. The location was great. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus. Grounds were very clean. The house had plenty of space for our 10 guests. Upon arriving we quickly discovered after cooking dinner that the dishwasher was not working. I reviewed my emails to see that i was notified by Meredith 6 days prior to our reservation that the dishwasher was out. I messaged them immediately asking if it was expected to be repaired. They read the message but did not respond. The next morning we discovered that of the two coffee pots in the rental, none worked. These two things were not a great surprise for our spring break weekend. No coffee and no functioning dishwasher while vacationing with two families is less than ideal. Meredith messaged back after escalating the problem and promised to bring a new coffee pot by. They did not and then ceased communicating altogether. Over all the rental was lovely, Meredith left a lot to be desired.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the layout of the house. The kids could be right upstairs on in the garage (which was heated!) so close but allowing some peace for the adults to talk. The layout of the kitchen as it was "open concept" to the dining room and livingroom was really nice since we had family out of town and no matter where we were, we were able to be together. I would have given it 5 stars across the board except the fire alarms kept going off (which made it hard to sleep), and the keyless entry was broken so it took was little inconvenient just accessing the house. But the host service was readily available and got us access to the lock box with the key. Loved the location and how the house backed up to a beautiful wooded area - and the 2 minutes to the main beach. Thankful for our time and, as long as the fire alarms got fixed, we would totally stay there again!

We had a great time! Great location. Very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Lots of extra blankets. Hosts were very responsive. We will definitely stay again.
