The house was perfectly situated not far from downtown in a very quiet and safe neighborhood on dead-end street. Versailles has very cute shops downtown, we were about an hour drive to Lexington, and a little over an hour drive to Churchill Downs which was the reason for our visit - the Kentucky Derby! We needed assistance with something and the host was very responsive and very nice. Hot tub on the porch is a nice amenity and the back covered deck was nice to sit under and relax. We would recommend this place as a quiet place to stay while in the area.

The Wi-Fi was acting up. The water went down, slowing the tub. The pool was dirty when they say open 24 hours the hot tub was dirty and then when we contact the owner because the stove wasn’t working she came out with her two kids all over the place could not fix it. She called her ex-boyfriend. They was arguing he wouldn’t answer for her. She had us call. He said he will come help when she leaves and she said you know why cause I’ll fuck you up little dick. this was the worst stay ever she couldn’t even help us, and she worried empty about liquor bottles we never talk or seen drake she said she was the owner and her and her kids stay there she was made because we left food but they charged us a cleaning fee this was the worst stay ever this was the worst unprofessional Airbnb I ever been to. She called us all her name. she told us her baby daddy is drunk. His private part is Lil that is not how you conduct business.

Needed a last-minute place to stay for myself and 3 friends for 2 days while touring distilleries in the area. Saw Drake's place available, and he was able to accommodate us in a very quick manner. The place was perfect! Accommodations were clean, and the hot tub was a huge plus. Drake was very responsive and gave great recommendations for places to visit. Will definitely be back for future visits.
