Welcome to Riverside Roost! "The Roost" is nestled in a little community on the serene Kentucky River in Woodford County, although still close to Frankfort and Lexington. Yes, you are on the Bourbon Trail! While at The Roost, enjoy cooking on the grill, playing board games with the family, lounging on the deck or spending a day on the river. There are also plenty of distilleries and restaurants nearby. Whatever you do as the sun passes over and the river passes by, make memories together. Riverside Roost is a river house on piers that is completely on the second floor. Guest will love the elevated river scenery with a large back porch and a spacious living room. 2.5 bedrooms and 2 baths. We also have a fully fenced in back yard with privacy fence on the sides and a chain link fence on the back that doesn’t block the river views. We hope you enjoy the house as much as we do!

Riverside Roost was a gorgeous little home tucked away in Kentucky! Katherine was very accommodating and even brought us salt and pepper when I told her we couldn’t find any. It is a beautiful and peaceful home that was a short 15 minute drive from the distilleries we visited. The host also left a book of local food and sightseeing locations that we visited! Riverside roost did not disappoint and we highly recommend.

The tranquil ambiance, coupled with breathtaking views of the river, made for an unforgettable stay. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway in bourbon country!
I really enjoyed my time at the house. Had a really nice, quiet getaway with some good friends. We definitely recommend staying here.

Riverside Roost is located in the small community of Clifton in Woodford County. There are neighbors across the road and to each side. Please be respectful of our neighbors. The neighbors dock is OFF LIMITS. No exceptions.
