We really enjoyed our stay. The location was out of the way, yet still close enough to distilleries, restaurants, and town. It would be an awesome stay in the summer when the river could be enjoyed.

We enjoyed a stay at the moonshine cabin for our spring break. It was so nice to be able to bring our dogs - lots of room for them to play. The cabin was set up so nicely for us with firewood inside and out. The weather was cold for us, so we enjoyed the fireplace inside. it is so peaceful there. i enjoyed the birdfeeder and its many visitors. The kitchen was well equipped. cell phone service wasn't great but the wifi was good. I was able to work remotely.

This is honestly a mixed review, the place is super cute and wonderfully located near so many fun things. The host is responsive and kind. Within the first 30 minutes of arriving we saw mice, roaches and ants in the kitchen. It is in desperate need of pest management. Other than that the place was clean and welcoming (like I said, mixed review) We got in late due to Work running way over, arrived around 11pm with my husband and sleeping kids. Unloaded everyone into the house and started unpacking. Didn’t realize we didn’t get an ounce of service until the roaches started coming out of the literal woodwork. It was too late to pack everyone up and leave, we didn’t have service to search other places to stay. We ended up staying the weekend due to time constraints of this trip. Would have loved to give this place 5 stars, I just can’t. Cooper the neighbors dog barks non stop as well. The whole peace and quiet thing wasn’t really there either.

Wonderful view of the Kentucky River, cute and cozy house with plenty of outdoor space. Lovely management team, cute neighborhood too. Not too far from local activities, but still private. Nice! Thanks guys!
