Mudita homestay located at Musabangar is an hour’s drive from Jim Corbett park and Nainital. It has lush green cover all around with a scenic drive through dense forest en-route. While at the homestay, you can participate in various dairy and agriculture related activities, choose to visit Corbett or Nainital or engage in other activities like trekking, bird watching, paragliding, cycling etc. If you are lucky you may sight elephants, deer and fox which abound in the dense forest close by.
Stay at our Farm will be memorable if you love tending to cows, want to visit tourist destinations close by or just immerse in nature and spend a quiet and lazy weekend with your loved ones.
Our accommodation consists of six bedrooms and we offer only two/three guest rooms to our guests on twin sharing basis. The accommodation is spacious, built to latest standards and each bedroom has its own attached western style bathroom which has shower with hot water facility. The rooms are air conditioned with Invertor and gen set backup with WiFi and a Television in the common area.

We have a fully equipped kitchen and offer complimentary breakfast as part of the standard room tariff. We encourage you to cook other meals with the help of our room caretaker. The kitchen is operational from 7.30 AM to 8:00 PM. You can enjoy tea, coffee, concoctions of our own farm grown herbs all throughout the day.

We are pet friendly and the farm dog ‘Chi’ will be there to greet you. If you are getting your pet please let us know in advance and keep the farm and the house litter free.
The space has restriction on non-vegetarian food and liquor. Arrangement for stay of accompanying driver can be made at an additional cost.
We have ample parking place for two to three cars within the lockable premises of the Farm.
While staying with us you can go sightseeing to Nainital, Corbett Museum and Corbett Park. The forest and the foothills offer excellent trekking and bird watching opportunities.
While at the home stay you can relish freshly made buttermilk, yellow butter and absolutely pure A2 Desi cow ghee.
The farm is 5 hours from Delhi, 1 hour from Nainital, 1 hour from Jim Corbett. Flights from Bangalore, Mumbai, and Hyderabad are coming upto Bareilly, which makes travel time from these locations to our farm only 5 hours.

You arrive at the farm through a village road off the main road, which is suitable for all kinds of vehicles. While at the farm, the guests will have access to the rooms allotted to them, common area/TV room, Dining hall and the kitchen in addition to the rooftop and the spacious lawn. Visit to the Dairy farm to meet our cows and participate/witness various activities can be organized on request.
