Charming apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, modern, fully equipped and tastefully decorated. In the heart of Paris, 13 minutes from L'ACCOR ARENA. Very well located, close to the Place de la Bastille, you can attend a ballet at the Opéra Bastille, discover the Place des Vosges, and enjoy the restaurants and cafes nearby. My accommodation is central and ideal for a Parisian getaway with family or friends 37m2 flat on the 1st floor without lift for 4 people: - 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a living room - Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine) - 1 dining area with a high table - Smart TV, Wifi - 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Sheets and towels are provided for each guest and the end-of-stay cleaning is done by professional agents
