We stayed at The Pink Palm Vacation home for a sisters’ trip and we all loved the place very much! The pool and hot tub were clean & so fun to use everyday. Michael was friendly and reached out when we checked in to make sure everything went smoothly (which it did). Also, the house looked exactly like the photos! Most of the beds were comfortable as well and it was fun to have doors to the pool from two of the bedrooms. I would definitely stay here again!
The house was as was described. Quiet street well kept neighborhood. The kitchen, bathroom and outside were the featured events. There were the needed supplies, lots of kitchen items and bathroom supplies and a great amount of towels It was modern and retro the pool and jacuzzi were great to use and we even had beach accessories at our disposal. Location was close to the desired area and beaches we were looking to get to on our trip.
Great Airbnb the location and the lanai and pool are definitely the highlights! A couple suggestions to really elevate the space/experience: coffee pot, higher quality toilet paper, dressers in bedroom, rugs on lanai or at door in house to wipe feet after coming in the house, kitchen essentials such as oil, flour, sugar, coffee/tea, and an instruction book.
We rented this spot for a girls weekend - to relax and enjoy the pool and hot tub. We arrived and the house didn't have a welcome book or other written instructions. The pool was cloudy and the hot tub was cold. I had to reach out multiple times on the first day to try and resolve. I was told they were looking into it. On the 2nd day, I reached out again looking for an update. They did confirm a person would be over to look at the pool/hot tub. The pool issue was fixed later in the day but the hot tub issue was not and we were told it was unavailable for 72 hours (the remainder of our stay). This was disappointing as that was the main reason we booked our stay at this property. I have stayed at a number of airbnbs and this one unfortunately was my least favorite. Missing touches like welcome book, kitchen extras and minimal toiletries provided. Beds were not great either. We were bummed to have this experience. I did appreciate the communication on the pool issue.
