Great location to watch a space launch. We were lucky enough to experience one during our stay. It's right on the river overlooking Kennedy Space Center. Everything was as described on the listing. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Titusville.
Family vacation to Kennedy Space Center - excellent location, beautiful view - we even got to see a SpaceX night launch! Highly recommend location to stay but don’t forget to bring items a hotel will always have — hair dryer, soap, shampoo/conditioner — be sure to check the amenities list. I really enjoyed my visit to the Titusville area and the townhouse. It’s located on the river overlooking Kennedy space center and I got to watch two rocket launches while I was there! I also really enjoyed photographing the scenery and animals in the Merritt Island national wildlife park which was only 15 minutes away. I found the area really easy to get around with no toll, bridges or roads and did not encounter any problems. I would stay here again.
We loved the townhouse. We got to see a launch while there it was awesome. The pool was close by and the view of the Indian River was beautiful! Butch and his daughter Kavitha were so helpful,we would stay again.
If you are looking for a private place not far from Kennedy Space Center to watch rocket launches, this is a great choice. The interior of the house seemed freshly updated. Everything is very clean. Keep in mind that there are lots of steep stairs. We were a little concerned when we first pulled up to the building (which doesn't look great), but the interior is much nicer and the view is terrific. We got to watch two rocket launches from the property. The first one we watched from the pier and the other we watched from the unit's balcony. It was an amazing experience. If you do decide to come for a rocket launch, we recommend coming in to watch the launch on one day, and then visiting Kennedy Space Center the next day. We tried visiting KSC the day of the launch and it was a madhouse there. Our host was also very responsive whenever I had a question.
