Sonya's place had the best view! We enjoyed sitting on the ocean front patio everyday, all day! Sonya's was exactly as pictured. Kitchen was fully stocked with all pots, pans and dishes. Everyone at the complex was very nice and welcoming. Sonya suggested we try the pizza at Spritz, absolutely the best pizza! We also ate at Social House, Poop Deck and Solamar, would highly recommend all. We would definitely stay here when we come back to the Bahamas.

Sonya’s place was exactly as described with accurate pictures. Having stayed at multiple Air bnbs all over- this was one of the best! The location was pristine. Steps away from the pool, the tanning deck and the beach. Both sun and shade areas available. It is right on the ocean with a massive terrace and unbelievable view. The neighbourhood itself felt extremely safe with multiple restaurants and a Supervalue to walk to. There is also a bus right outside the gate to take you for minimal cost compared to a cab. The inside had a beach house vibe with tasteful decor and was practical for having small kids. We loved having our meals in the sunroom with the ocean views. The house had plenty of space to spread out between the 3 floors with 4 adults, one child and one baby. We found the house also had a relatively stocked kitchen to be cooking. Sonya was responsive answering questions and fixing anythinf promptly. From check in to check out we had a great experience and would recommend

Sonya was a gracious host and we had a wonderful time. Beach access was only a short walk, and we had wonderful water views. We hope to return!
