Casa Tranquila is a beautiful quiet home in the San Rafael Neighborhood within a 15-20 minute walk to the Historical Centro . We have taken care of every small detail in order to make it super comfortable for you. Enjoy the three bedrooms with en-suite and half bath. Maybe take a dip in the pool on a sunny day or maybe an afternoon drink on the rooftop. The perfect way to create memories in San Miguel de Allende. The kitchen has an osmosis water system, right sink only. 100% safe to drink. The entire house has a water flitration system in place. The right sink in the kitchen has a reverse osmosis flitration system which makes it 100% safe to drink. The left spigots in the shower are for hot water, it may take several minutes till it is hot. Please note that when you request the pool to be heated it is only done for your complete stay. In order for the water temperature to warm up it takes abut 2 days to heat. The additional cost to preheat is $50, after that $25 per day.

The accomodation was excellent. The pool is the only item that is not so great but overall top marks for the whole experience. Hosts were very very nice.
This is the perfect place to stay in San Miguel! The house has every amenity, a close walk to the city center but also quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Super easy to communicate with the hosts as well. The top sunlit bedroom and rooftop was a highlight!

An authentic lovely Mexican neighborhood with a Tortilla shop and bodega on or around the corner . Close walk into Centro. Quiet with lots of charm. Please note that if you are taking a cab to the house there are TWO houses with the same address. The other one is painted orange, is around the corner, about 3 minutes walk from our. Ours is painted WHITE and has a front metal gate, 2 stories!
Walking to town is simple and quick. Ubers are available but sometimes take a while. Taxis from town are readily available. We have a great driver that will be able to get you around. His name is Erik. Directly contact us if you would like his whats app number. Please note that if you are taking a taking an Uber or taxi to the house ,there are TWO houses with the same address. The other one is painted orange,( is around the corner), and is a 3 minutes walk from our House. Ours is painted WHITE and has a front metal gate, 2 stories! Our house is off of Avenida Independencia
