In their communications the hist has the following statement which they fulfill admirably. Our goal is to provide a smooth check-in process, clear communication, comfortable and modern accommodations with all the amenities needed for a home from home experience. My pedantry humour says the parking space is a quadrilateral of new tarmac not a triangle. Brilliant place.

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights at Beam End Cottage. Communication was clear and we knew exactly how to get into the property and where to park. Parking is in a shared yard with a single parking space but it was easy enough to get in and out of. The cottage itself was lovely and exactly like the photos. The kitchen was super modern and had everything we needed, including a Nespresso machine, which was a bonus! WiFi was easy to get on to and the Smart TV had all the usual apps and Freeview too. The 2nd bedroom was cosy with just enough space for 2 single beds. Had we known, we'd have asked to have the 2 beds pushed together to make one large one, as per the photos for the property. The bathroom was large and the shower area really roomy. The main bedroom again was large but shame the bed itself was just a double and not kingsize (or last least it felt like a double) - felt there was enough room width-wise to have a king. Great stay and would recommend.

Perfect spot for a long weekend. Obviously run by professional hosts; everything we needed for our stay was there. Tastefully decorated, clean and really well looked after. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice and tidier home away from home. Great location central to Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay, Malton and Brontë-land My boy was disappointed as flamingo land amusement park wasn’t fully open but we made the best of it and enjoyed all around North Yorkshire. They even had a great non-stick pan so we weee able to make pancakes for pancake day! Cheers
