Cozy home in a peaceful, beautiful neighborhood. It's about a 15-min walk to the restaurants/shops on Rehoboth Ave., and about 1.5 blocks to the beach. The location is great! House had all the amenities we wanted. The other Sept 2023 reviews are a bit harsh, but they are correct that the outside of the house/grounds are in much need of updating/cleaning. This didn't distract us from the good experience we had, but it was surprising how poorly maintained it was, given the high-end neighborhood, which was partly why we chose the property. This also made it difficult to determine where the house was located; there was so much pine straw and leaves that we weren't sure there was even a driveway. The porch is perfectly fine, but could use some cleaning/updating. We didn't plan to be in the backyard with the grill, but it was covered in leaves/straw, which was not at all inviting. I would recommend this property to others IF there was more transparency and better details about the house.

The house was very clean and had appropriate utensils. The house is MUCH smaller than the photos. The front porch is super run down and not that enjoyable to sit on. The house house zero curb appeal and need a paint job & gardening. The beds were comfortable though Communication with the host was annoying and not effective. Usually a different person reached out whenever i reached out. The wifi didn’t work the ENTIRE stay and rather than coming to fix it asap the property manager gave me instructions. We could never fix it and my husband had to work. Also, the microwave never worked. Communication was extremely poor overall. It felt impersonal and out of touch. Lastly, at over $700 a night this house is WILDLY overpriced for what you get

The location of this house is great, walkable to the beach, boardwalk and lots of restaurants. It's also a beautiful neighborhood for biking and walking. If you want to be right where all is happening in Rehoboth it's great. The house itself is pretty mediocre and needs some attention. It has a musty/moldy smell, there was a stain on the comforter, the bathrooms weren't very clean, and the exterior/porch area looked really rough. Most of the furniture, and especially the outdoor furniture was pretty worn, and we didn't even want to sit on the furniture in the porch because of the combo of the condition of the porch and the furniture.

The home was welcoming and in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the amazing beaches and neighboring restaurants shops and boardwalk. Lovely place… and a wonderful place to stay!
